When you have succesfully passed your driving test, it is advisable to take the Pass Plus Course. This is a course of six one hour modules. Some driving schools offer this as a one day course. Others may do it as six one hour lessons.
There is not test at the end of the pass plus course, but the Instructor has to sign off that you have either achieved or exceeded an acceptable standard in each of the modules.
The pass plus modules include town driving, rural roads, night driving, all weather driving, dual carriageways and motorways.
Your intensive course provider should be able to offer you the pass plus course. If not you can do it with any pass plus registered drivingg instructor.
Many insurance companies offer discounts to people who have completed pass plus.
